First: you made a damn good job on the shading/lightning! o.O I love those light spots.. and the overall texture.
Actually the overall picture looks very realistic. Especially the weapon and the boots.
Interesting anatomy, four arms o.O Rarely saw something like that so far, why not xD

The only thing I would criticize is the hair. But.. for my part I know what pain hair is with photoshop. Never got it right anyway o.O
Though.. the structure looks fine to me. Only I would've tried a bigger brush.. it somehow looks to "thin"..
